Rosa centifolia* (pink rose petals), matricaria recutita* (chamomile), lavendula angustifolia* (lavender), scutellaria lateriflora* (skullcap), melissa officinalis* (lemon balm), passiflora incarnata* (passionflower). *Organic
Brewing method Add a heaped teaspoon (2g) per cup (250ml) water. Bring water to boil and allow to sit for a minute or two before adding to tea. Once added allow to steep for 3-5mins then enjoy!
