Rosa centifolia* (pink rose petals), clitoria ternatea* (blue butterfly pea flower), hibiscus sabdariffa* (hibiscus), passiflora incarnata* (passionflower), matricaria recutita* (chamomile), foeniculum vulgare* (fennel).

Brewing method Add a heaped teaspoon (2g) per cup (250ml) water. Bring water to boil and allow to sit for a minute or two before adding to tea. Once added allow to steep for 3-5mins then enjoy!
